This policy covers Gliana Labs products: GlianaAI (the API, agent, and Gliana Agent mobile app), GlianaPay (streamer tipping), web3canbefun (Web3 arcade), and custom AI/SaaS work. Our consumer products have no traditional signup and store no usernames or passwords — where identity is needed it’s your wallet address. We don’t build advertising profiles and we don’t sell data.
// what we process
- Your inputs (e.g. AI prompts, uploaded files) are sent to the relevant provider to fulfil your request. We don’t use them to train models.
- Usage logs — such as service/model id, timing, and amounts charged — are kept for reconciliation and abuse prevention. We don’t store prompt contents in these logs.
- On-chain activity — payments, tips, and staking happen on public blockchains; wallet addresses and transactions are inherently public. We don’t hold your funds.
- Game/leaderboard data (web3canbefun) — points and ranking are tied to your wallet address, which is public on-chain.

The Gliana Agent mobile app (Solana dApp Store) follows the same principles — no account, no signup.
- On-device data — your conversations are stored locally on your device. The agent also keeps a server-side copy keyed to a conversation id; deleting a conversation removes it.
- Wallet — payments use the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter. The app never sees, stores, or transmits your seed phrase or private keys; your wallet signs each payment and we only receive the public transaction. Your wallet address is public on-chain.
- Permissions — photo/media access is requested only when you attach a file to a generation or save a result to your device. Nothing is uploaded without your action.
- No tracking — the app contains no advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

We rely on cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, the AI model providers that fulfil your calls, payment networks/processors, and bot-protection services. Each handles data under its own policies. Generated media is stored on our object storage at an unguessable URL and may expire.
// analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic. No cross-site tracking.
// your choices
Because there’s no account, there’s little personal data to access or delete. For the agent, deleting a conversation removes its server-side copy. Contact us for any request.
