Terms of Service

// 1. who we are & what we offer

Gliana Labs builds AI and Web3 products. These terms govern your use of our products and services (together, the “Service”), including:

• GlianaAI — pay-per-call AI inference (API + the hosted agent) and the Gliana Agent mobile app on the Solana dApp Store.
• GlianaPay — Web3 tipping for streamers.
• web3canbefun — a Solana Web3 arcade.
• Custom AI & SaaS — engagements under a separate agreement.

A specific product may carry additional, product-specific terms; where it does, those apply in addition to these. Our consumer products have no traditional account or signup — where identity or payment is needed, it’s tied to your own wallet.

// 2. payment & non-custody

Where a product involves payment (e.g. GlianaAI inference, GlianaPay tips, web3canbefun staking), you transact from your own wallet or payment method — for crypto, you control your keys and approve every transaction (in the mobile app via the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter). We do not take custody of your funds or keys; crypto deposits for payment channels remain in on-chain escrow you control, and unused amounts are returned on close. Prices are shown before a paid action and charged in full on success. Network and payment-processor fees are your responsibility.

// 3. acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, create deceptive or harmful material, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service. You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use the outputs.

// 4. model outputs

Outputs are generated by third-party models and provided “as is”. We do not guarantee their accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose, and you are solely responsible for evaluating and using them. Each underlying model provider may apply its own usage policies.

// 5. no warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

// 6. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gliana Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the calls giving rise to the claim in the preceding 30 days.

// 7. changes

We may update the Service and these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
